Join me for some creative play on the mat before celebrating this summer holiday. Monday's class will have some breakdowns of asanas & sequences to observe alignment cues and modifications. Tuesday's class will flow to see where those breakdowns could lead you into some challenging and juicy hip openers, balances, backbends and twists. Both ending with yummy restorative savasana! All are welcome.

Restorative yoga is a gentle, supportive, and therapeutic practice. These poses are completely passive and adapted to accommodate any age, body type and physical condition. Be held by bolsters, blankets, blocks, and pillows, creating a feeling of safety in which your body can sweetly relax. Create some quiet time for yourself before the fireworks and celebrations.
